By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

SoCal Work Trucks operates a marketplace that helps businesses in Southern California find commercial vehicles. We are not a vehicle dealer and we do not sell vehicles. Every vehicle shown here is offered by an independent seller, and any purchase is a transaction between you and that seller.

We hold no licence to sell vehicles, take no part in the sale, and are not a party to any contract you enter into with a dealership. Questions about price, financing, warranty, title, delivery or anything else about a specific vehicle are for the seller.

Vehicle details, specifications, photographs, pricing and availability are supplied by sellers or by inventory data providers. We do not independently verify them and they can change without notice. A vehicle shown as available may already be sold.

Weight ratings, payload, towing capacities and dimensions are particularly worth confirming directly. Those figures vary by configuration, and a specification shown for a model is not a promise about a specific vehicle. Where a seller has not supplied a figure, we show it as not provided rather than guessing.

Some listings are shown for reference from outside sources. Those are clearly labelled, are not sold by us or any partner dealership, and link to the original listing. We cannot confirm their current availability or price and we do not accept enquiries for them.

Our guides, model pages, city pages and the cost of ownership calculator are general information for commercial vehicle buyers. They are not legal, tax, financial or engineering advice, and they are not a substitute for confirming licensing and regulatory questions with the relevant authority for your specific configuration.

The calculator produces results from assumptions you can edit. Its defaults are illustrative placeholders, not researched figures for any particular vehicle, and the output is only as good as the numbers you put in. Do not treat any result as a quotation or a projection of your actual costs.

When you submit an enquiry we pass your details to the relevant dealership so they can respond, and you consent to being contacted by us and by that dealership about it. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to give accurate information and not to submit enquiries on behalf of someone else without their permission, or for any purpose other than a genuine interest in a vehicle.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest or systematically copy listings or content from this site.
• Submit false, automated or abusive enquiries.
• Attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or other users’ use of it.
• Use the site to compete with it, or to build a competing database.
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a business.

Our editorial content, design, diagrams and code belong to us. Vehicle photographs and listing data belong to the sellers or to their suppliers and are shown here with their data; they remain the property of whoever owns them. You may read and share links to our pages, but you may not republish our content as your own.

We link to manufacturer, government, regulatory and municipal websites, and to sellers’ own listings. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of every kind, including that listings are accurate, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that it is fit for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from reliance on listing information, or from any dealing with a seller. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under California or federal law, and if any part of this section is unenforceable the rest still applies.

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
